Systems Support Analyst

On behalf of our client in Calgary, Procom is searching for an Systems Support Analyst to fulfil a 4 month contract.

Systems Support Analyst Job Details
- Provide hardware and software support for the organization and its members
- Image & Roll out Win 10 devices according to Project Plan.
- Activate & Roll out mobile devices according to timelines. 
- Receive, log, prioritize, assign, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and networking.
- Troubleshoot, test and provide training on Video Conference Systems. 
- Laptop Encryption and Remote Access Administration (RSA)
- VMware view installation and support. 
- Other duties as required.


Systems Support Analyst Mandatory Skills
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Communications skills and customer service skills must be exemplary. 
- Should be comfortable working independently and should know where to go for answers when necessary.
- Must demonstrate initiative, adaptability and a systematic approach to problem solving.
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ITIL is desirable.
- Knowledge in any of these areas is desirable:
  - Windows 7/10 Professional 
  - Microsoft Office 2016 Professional
  - VMware View
  - HP PC’s, Laptops & Printers
  - iPhones & iPads
  - Video-Conferencing
  - Copier / Scan / Fax / Devices
