We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our expanding team. We are looking for individuals with a proven work ethic who are self-starters, competitive and team-oriented to support a major financial services client account. This is a full-time position, working at our Raleigh, NC location. We are not your typical staffing firm as we don’t hold our recruiters to call quotas, one sized metrics or long work hours. We care more about the quality of your work and your ability to be a team player who is able to produce strong results without someone looking over your shoulder. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Account Manager to analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs
  • Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to: Internal database, market and Internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, and online social networking
  • Determine and implement appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set, and region
  • Handling the complete end-to-end Full Life-Cycle Recruiting including sourcing, prescreen, interview scheduling, offer and closing.
  • Designing & implementing effective recruitment/staffing strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience working with H1B candidates is a strong positive for this role
  • Must have a strong understanding of VMS recruiting
  • 2+ years of experience in agency recruiting required. Candidate must be self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Candidate must have excellent follow up, telephone, and organizational skills. Strong internet search and research skills, Microsoft Office, online job board experience, and Boolean searching proficiency and experience are required.
  • Clear and strong communication skills, a desire for professional growth and enhancement are preferred.
