  • Identify project issues and risks
  • Communicate status, issues and risks

Senior Project Manager - Digital Delivery - Mandatory Skills

  • 7+ years experience in managing large scale, high visibility projects
  • Previous exposure to Loyalty systems highly desired
  • Background working in Agile environment
  • Proven leadership and experience leading large scale, high visibility projects is mandatory
  • PMP nice to have
  • Managing teams of 15+ people within a matrix environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills to manage communications to all stakeholders
  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
  • Advanced ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
