- Focused on end point device projects, complex service requests/trouble tickets.
Desktop Support Mandatory Skills
- Experience with Windows 10 OS upgrade project (definition/development phase)
- Microsoft certification for Windows 10 or 2016 R2
- Extensive and in depth knowledge of group policies
- In depth knowledge of image deployment using MDT or System Configuration Manager
- Experienced with Windows Scripting and Powershell
- Experienced with Unicast, Multicast, PXE broadcast
- Active Directory
- Hardware evaluations, driver testing/packing
- SCCM application packaging/deployment
- Application testing and complex application installation
- Technical writing
- Expert in all Microsoft Office products
- 10+ years IT experience
- 5+ experience working on large infrastructure projects
- 5+ experience working in an onsite/customer facing IT environment support a minimum of 5,000 devices
