On behalf of our client, Procom is actively seeking a Desktop Support Specialist. 

Desktop Support Job Details 

  • Focused on end point device projects, complex service requests/trouble tickets.

Desktop Support Mandatory Skills

  • Experience with Windows 10 OS upgrade project (definition/development phase)
  • Microsoft certification for Windows 10 or 2016 R2
  • Extensive and in depth knowledge of group policies
  • In depth knowledge of image deployment using MDT or System Configuration Manager
  • Experienced with Windows Scripting and Powershell
  • Experienced with Unicast, Multicast, PXE broadcast
  • Active Directory
  • Hardware evaluations, driver testing/packing
  • SCCM application packaging/deployment
  • Application testing and complex application installation
  • Technical writing
  • Expert in all Microsoft Office products
  • 10+ years IT experience
  • 5+ experience working on large infrastructure projects
  • 5+ experience working in an onsite/customer facing IT environment support a minimum of 5,000 devices
