On behalf of our Insurance client, Procom is looking for Project Manager with experience in Payroll to support client's payroll project.

Project Manager - Job Description

  • PM will be managing and support client’s Payroll project
  • Work Collaboratively with Business Partners to deliver complex solutions
  • End to end project delivery throughout the project life cycle
  • Resource estimation and allocation to achieve project goals
  • Project manage all aspects including changes, risks and issues
  • Report on project health and status to senior executives
  • Work with internal and external team members, provide mentoring.

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills

  • PMP preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing large and complex projects with a strong focus on project governance
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects through all phases of the project life cycle
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical Project Manager
  • 5+ years of experience in resource allocation and estimation
  • 5+ years of experience mentoring project team members
  • PMP preferred
  • Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills
