Leadership role – a working Supervisor leading a team of 4 – 6 Project Managers/Estimators reporting directly to Manager of Operations.  This role would best suit an individual who has had over a decade of project and estimating experience with trade shows projects from individual projects to larger more complex vendor shows/events.  Skilled communicator who can challenge the status quo while still managing not to alienate experienced professionals.  Must be comfortable within a highly process driven environment.  Self-sufficient and self-managing – professional demeanor to work with final clients, senior management and internal teams.  

Job Requirements



  • 10+ years in a leadership role or as a Senior Project Manager / Estimator working with trade shows, events and or experiential marketing
  • Ability to build an effective and cohesive team.  Must be able to effectively lead – to build trust and respect with the existing team.  To “shake-up” the status quo without alienating current team members  
  • Skilled dealing with materials, their fabrication processes and logistics
  • Strong understanding of the project process, ability to recognized bottlenecks, barriers or challenges that may impact the completion of a project
  • Experience with estimating and managing project costs  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities of the team as well as their own desk.  Working across multiple time zones will also be a reality in this role
  • Be comfortable within a highly process driven environment
  • Ability to estimate and run projects remotely or conjointly with other offices
  • Able to effectively communication with a number of different audiences from final client, to Account Managers, to senior managers to internal company teams.  It would be great if you could speak another language like French or Spanish
  • Professional presence, calm demeanor, good sense of humour
  • Strong computer skills, experience working with CRM software, ERP software, MS Office, etc.




  • Must hold a valid Canadian Passport
  • Able to travel throughout Canada and the United States
  • Travel up to 30%


Post-secondary education focused on millwork, graphics, design, estimating, etc.
