Implementation Architect (Remote videoconferencing System)

On behalf of our client in the public sector, Procom Consultants Group is currently searching for an Implementation Architect (Remote videoconferencing System).

A new video conference suite for remote interpreter appearances scheduling/administration is being implemented for which we need workflow and performance metrics developed.

Implementation Architect Job Description:

The Client is implementing a future-state remote videoconferencing service delivery suite that will benefit witnesses and victims, interpreters, duty counsel, and court services staff.

The suite will leverage the existing videoconferencing digital service experiences already deployed across the Province, and encompass a staffed operations office with videoconference-equipped private offices to facilitate remote appearance of court participants. This suite will require support of client to schedule and support this facility, as well as technology support.

The implementation includes a pilot which will initially focus on the future-state service model to support the following:

        •    remote access to interpreter services for selected court locations;

        •    remote duty counsel to selected northern and interior court locations where access to duty counsel is limited;

        •    a centralized model (facility or office space) that can accommodate interpreters, witnesses or duty counsel.

•  To document and analyze the workflow and process map of the pilot video conference suite project.

•  Develop an evaluation and performance measurement framework on which the pilot can be empirically evaluated.

•  Provide process mapping and evaluation frameworks for other business operations as funding and time permits

Implementation Architect Mandatory Skills: 

  • Experience in the Attorney General and Public Safety Sector is preferred;
  • The proposed resource(s) must have at least five years evaluation and performance measurement framework development experience, as well as workflow analysis and documentation experience.
