Identity Management Specialist 

On behalf of our private sector Client, Procom is seeking an Identity and Access Management expert.

Job Details

-Deliver Oracle solutions to customers 
-Understand and translate the architecture specifications into configurations and programmable elements, in order to deliver the defined functionality
-Understand the architectural roadmap and governance strategy, to implement these criteria in the context of development and implementation of the solution
-Discovery and business analysis of a customer’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment, including user interface requirements, agents and workflows
-Installation and configuration of a customer’s Oracle IAM solution software components, according to Oracle best practices 
-Migration of customers running Sun IAM solutions, or other IdM solutions, onto new Oracle IAM solutions 
-Deployment and coding of new user interfaces, new agents and new workflows, or the configuration of middleware tools to ensure their compliance with the defined requirements
-Lead development teams in projects delivering IdM services, using development methodologies such as Agile, OUM or the customer’s SDLC process 
-Use automation tools such as auto build, code check and development best practices checker, and productivity tools that help a development team to work together
-Provide technical advice and guidance for customers pertaining your areas of expertise 
-Learn and be able to deploy and use complementary services that are closely related to Oracle’s IAM solution, including: Oracle Enterprise Manager Identity Management pack, 
Deployment of Fusion Middleware components, including Weblogic server, Business Intelligence tools, and other solutions, and Oracle SOA
-Write/author technical documentation to support your deliveries, including user interface wireframes, build/run books, or other documents  
-Provide training and knowledge transfer to your technical and administrative resources in order to allow them to operate their new IAM environment 
-Diagnosing and solution issues with of any of the above-mentioned solutions or technologies  
-Management and administration of any of the above-mentioned solutions or technologies  
-Project management for these mandates 
-Support the sale of Oracle solutions to customers for the above-mentioned solutions or technologies
-Present technical concepts and advice to customers through presentations, demos and during sales calls 
-Write technical content for RFPs and RFIs (solicited bids), proposals (unsolicited bids), and statements of work (SOWs) 
-Perform project estimates using proven methodologies 
-Act as a subject matter expert 
-Build up reusable methods and tools
-Up to 25% travel is anticipated for this position

Mandatory Skills

-Experience with Oracle Identity Management functionality
-Strong mastery of user experience aspects (visual design and end-user operational efficiency)
-In-depth knowledge of development methodologies and project management (Agile, OUM or RUP)
