Customer Engineering Technical Lead - Job Details

  • Work closely with the Manager Customer Support to plan, coordinate & execute delivery of product & services in the most efficient manner.
  • Execute software configuration & software development tasks as an effective team member.
  • 24/7 technical support of the company’s products & services to ensure timely response to customer & internal infrastructure issues.
  • Escalate voice of the customer & product deficiencies to Product Management & Product Engineering.
  • Provide mentorship & support to the customer engineering team while maintaining an enjoyable work environment.
  • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Report on data metrics & challenge the team to continuously improve results with the objective of increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Document & maintain process, procedures & work instructions.
  • Maintain compliance with the systems & certification requirements.
  • After hours on-call support as required.

 Customer Engineering Technical Lead - Mandatory Skills

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical Management/Team Lead experience within a Software maintenance & support function (Qualities of a leader).
  • Experience with C, Java, SQL, DB2, C++, C#, Bash scripting.
  • Embedded software development experience.
  • Familiar with serial protocols & data transfer concepts.
  • Good background in defining & validating data processing algorithms.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly.
  • Proven analytical & problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent skills in customer, interpersonal communication, highly Enthusiastic, Self-motivated & driven individual.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization & time management skills.
