Agile Project Coordinator

On behalf of our client in the Professional Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for an Agile Project Coordinator to join the PMO.

Agile Project Coordinator - Job Description

  • Work with Agile Program Manager, program leadership and Delivery Managers to maintain the Program RAID log (Risk, Impediments, Actions, Decisions)
  • Support program communication requirements by creating, managing and distributing program material and by following up on action items
  • Resolve variations of common problems with the Agile Delivery Managers and escalate complex problems to the Program Manager
  • Maintain collaborative relations with all members of the project team, including all stakeholders, to support both the successful delivery of projects and customer expectations
  • Assist with program change management process and artifacts
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of program documentation and process
  • May be requested to manage a well defined program deliverable

Agile Project Coordinator - Mandatory Skills

  • An undergraduate Degree/ Diploma in Information Management, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Health Administration or Health Informatics or related field or recognized equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working on projects as a Project Coordinator supporting a Project Manager and/or Program Manager, facilitating all aspects of project planning and execution
  • Strong oral and written facilitation and communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of, and work experience using, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile environment with a variety of different internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task,  and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to make decisions in situation with minimal ambiguity or risk
  • Strong customer service focus, adaptable, flexible and willing to learn
  • Professional and amiable disposition and communication and negotiation style needed
  • Ability to act with confidence and justify actions when challenged
